Of course the pharmacy support team is essential to the running of the pharmacy. Each team member makes a valuable contribution to the operation of the pharmacy and allows pharmacists to build a motivated team ,providing high quality customer services. Whether you are qualified as a dispenser or technician or simply considering joining the profession, we will have a role to suit you. We will provide you with a structured career path, high quality training and a wide range of locations to choose from across the UK. Trainee Dispenser Lloydspharmacy believe in investing in the team through robust provision of training and development. We offer vocational qualifications which allow you to develop on a daily basis through experience and support from the rest of the team. You will work alongside the other team members to learn the ropes. During this training you will learn about policy, law and ethics, dispensing practice, stock control and over the counter products. The training will take approximately six months and consists of 4 modules of learning. As a committed employee Lloydspharmacy will cover the costs of this training and you will benefit from a nationally recognised dispenser qualification.

Dispenser As a qualified Dispenser, you will find a career within one of Lloydspharmacy many pharmacies. Working closely with the Pharmacist you will help patients every day, as you will play a vital role in understanding customers needs and offering accurate and helpful advice. Additionally you will be responsible for dispensing items including a variety of medicinal products and dispensary management under the supervision of an ACT or Pharmacist.
