Access to Lloydspharmacies As ‘Your Local Health Authority’ and the largest community pharmacy provider in the UK, Lloydspharmacy takes its corporate social responsibility role very seriously and is committed to achieving the aims and objectives of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) by providing an inclusive environment for all of our customers and members of staff. We aim to offer excellent customer service to all of our customers at all Lloydspharmacies and to remove any physical barriers to our goods and services by carrying out physical alterations to our premises, wherever this is possible. Direct Enquiries We also have a partnership with Direct Enquiries who provide a useful search engine that provides information on individual Lloydspharmacies, access into them and the services & facilities that each one provides.
